Sparks Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine Parent Vaccination Program

In order to prevent the spread of potentially fatal illness to our infant patients, we are pleased to be able to provide parent vaccinations against certain illnesses.  These vaccines are offered as a courtesy to you, the parent.  As such they are available on a cash pay only basis.  We will be happy to give you a receipt but, in order to keep the costs down, are unable to provide CPT codes necessary for insurance reimbursement.  (Whenever insurance gets into the mix, our costs increase by 50-75% making this too expensive to be able to do). 

Fees need to be paid prior to the administration of the vaccines, we will not be able to bill you later for this service.  These prices are not available to children who are patients since the record keeping requirements are MUCH more expensive.  This service is available to parents of ESTABLISHED patients only.

Costs are as follows:

          H1N1  $21

          Tetanus/Whooping Cough (Pertussis) $60

          Measles Mumps Rubella $70

          Chickenpox (Varicella) $130

          Gardasil (Cervical Cancer) $200 per dose
